Thank you for choosing MorokkoAli. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your session. By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

📌 Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session. No date or time is reserved without payment.
Remaining balance (if applicable) is due prior to or at the start of your session.
Payments for services, retainers, and products are non-refundable, under all circumstances.

📌 Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling is subject to a $100 rescheduling fee, payable before the new date is confirmed.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your retainer and require a new booking.
If you cancel your session entirely, all payments & retainers are forfeited.

📌 Session Policies

Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.
There is no grace period for late arrivals.
If additional time is required beyond the scheduled session, you are responsible for paying the full hourly rate for both the photographer’s time and the studio space, with a minimum of one (1) additional hour.
Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

📌 Deliverables

Edited photos and/or videos are typically delivered within 7–14 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee — please inquire at the time of booking.
Raw, unedited files are not included unless specified in your package.

📌 Use of Images

MorokkoAli reserves the right to use images and/or video from your session for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you wish to keep your session private, please discuss this before booking.

📌 Client Responsibilities

Please arrive on time, prepared, and ready to shoot.
You are responsible for wardrobe, props, and any necessary permissions or permits for your chosen location (unless arranged otherwise).

📌 Liability

MorokkoAli is not liable for loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your session.
While every effort is made to deliver exceptional results, final creative decisions rest with the photographer.
