📅 How do I book a session?
You can book directly through this website by selecting your desired package, date, and time. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session — no dates are held without payment.
💳 Are retainers refundable?
No. All retainers and payments for services are non-refundable, under any circumstances. Please be certain of your date & time before booking.
🔄 Can I reschedule my session?
Yes — with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.

Rescheduling is subject to a $100 rescheduling fee, due before your new date is confirmed.

If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your retainer is forfeited and a new booking is required.
⏰ What if I’m late?
There is no grace period for late arrivals.

Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of when you arrive.

If you’re late, your session will still end at the original time and no additional time will be added.
🕒 Can I extend my session?
If additional time is needed:

You are responsible for 100% of the photographer’s hourly rate + studio rental fees for the extra time.

Minimum extension is one (1) hour and must be paid at the time of the session.

Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
📍 Where will the shoot take place?
The location will be confirmed after booking. Studio sessions, outdoor locations, or client-provided venues are all available depending on your package and preferences.
👗 What should I bring or wear?
We recommend bringing multiple outfits (if your package allows), accessories, and any props you’d like to incorporate. If you’re unsure, I can guide you through wardrobe & concept recommendations after booking.
📸 When will I receive my photos/videos?
Turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the scope of your package. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee — please inquire if needed.
🚫 What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel entirely, your retainer is forfeited and cannot be applied toward a future session.
